Founded by an engineer who has done this before
Full Scale was founded in 2018 by Matt Watson, a four-time tech founder who spent more than 20 years as a developer and CTO. He co-founded VinSolutions and grew it to a roughly $150 million acquisition, then founded Stackify, a developer tools company he later sold.
That matters if you are an engineer, because Full Scale is not a call center that added developers to the menu. It is a software company run by someone who has spent his whole career hiring engineers, managing engineers, and shipping software with engineers. He even wrote a book about it, Product Driven, on engineering leadership and ownership.
The company is US-registered in Leawood, Kansas, with a Philippine corporation and an office in Cebu City. Stable US clients, a legitimate Philippine employer, and leadership that speaks fluent developer.
